3Deposits & Payments

You can deposit on Onexbat using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• When making a deposit, please use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, contact our support team within 24 hours.

4Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Onexbat requires meeting certain conditions. The process is simple and fast, but some verification is needed for security.

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements of that bonus.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5Bonus Terms & Conditions

Onexbat bonus offers are special benefits for our members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawals are only available after the required wagering conditions have been met.
• You cannot claim a new bonus while an active bonus is still in progress.
• If the same person claims bonuses across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Any bonus not used within its validity period will be automatically cancelled.
• Onexbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

All members must strictly follow the rules below when betting on Onexbat. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets must be placed before an event begins or within the designated timeframe.
• If a result cannot be determined due to a technical issue, Onexbat will settle the outcome according to its own rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

8Limitation of Liability

• Onexbat is not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• No compensation will be provided if the service is disrupted due to unforeseen natural disasters or government directives.
• Onexbat is not responsible for any losses resulting from a member's own negligence.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Onexbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• At the member's own request.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

10Changes to Terms & Notice

Onexbat reserves the right to update these terms as needed. When changes occur:
